DotLoop FAQ

What’s happening to DotLoop?

  • After the LWTCE Transition, KW will no longer be paying for your DotLoop Subscription. Your accounts will otherwise be unaffected.

Can I still use DotLoop rather than make the change?

  • Agents will be able to make the choice to remain on DotLoop, but they will be required pay for their own subscription and manage all forms updates. For this reason, we recommend agents give LWTCE a go before making a decision.

What happens my DotLoop loops?

  • Your DotLoop loops will remain accessible even after this transition point for any records.

Will I still be able to be sent loops?

  • Absolutely! You will still be able to interact with other agent’s loops as usual.

DocuSign FAQ

What’s happening to DocuSign Rooms?

  • Docusign Rooms will not be accessible after the June 17th cutoff. All Rooms will be securely stored for you to ensure no loss of information.

Can I still use DocuSign rather than make the change?

  • No, agents that are using DocuSign will be required to change to LWTCE as DocuSign rooms will be completely shut off on June 17th.

What happens to the transactions I have under contract?

  • Active/under contract transactions will still be able to be worked on throughout the transition. Starting June 17th new transactions will need to be made in LWTCE

Is this something that we as agents will have to pay for, either through a mandatory monthly subscription or increased technology fees?

  • This is part of what is covered in your KWRI tech fee already! With KW dropping the DocuSign subscription in June you won't see any increases in tech fees.

What about teams?

  • LWTCE has excellent team functionality to make managing transactions on a team easier than ever.

A note from your MC Leadership

We absolutely, completely, 100% agree that adapting to a new platform is a unique challenge with a whole host of concerns. We are being very intentional on the rollout of this system to ensure every agent’s concerns are addressed and there is abundant support during the transition.

That being said, we’re excited to be working in the new platform! It’s lightweight, intuitive, and delivers the exact value you’d want out of a document management platform without the unnecessary fluff.

Have a concern? Let us know! We’re in this with you :)
